I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am

Can anyone share their experience with an ESOP?
Im not searching for a new job but an acquaintance reached out about a similar role at a similar energy company.Turns out 2 ppl threw my name in the hat. I looked into it and the position was posted 2 weeks ago.Their director wants to meet.I bet pay is one of the first things to be discussed so that no one’s time is wasted.Am I crazy for not wanting to entertain it for less than 20-25% base pay increase? Is it selfish to ask for more? I’m sure most salary conversations end in negotiation anyways?
Hi there! Interviewing w/Amazon for a non-tech role (Associate Category Manager aka Associate Buyer) and was asked what my salary requirements are for base+bonus+equity. Can anyone share insight on what Amazonians make in this role. I have 4 YOE and glassdoor is not very helpful.
Any feedback is appreciated 🙏 Amazon

Yes. You absolutely hate to talk about being fairly compensated for the job you do and sustain your lifestyle ? That is absurd.
You negotiate until they say it’s the final offer with no room for negotiation.
I made it through a final interview and they called with a job offer. I asked if there was any wiggle room on the salary. I also specifically told them I wasn't saying no to their offer. Instead of them saying no to increasing their offer, they left me hanging for 3 days and then sent me an email stating they were going in a different direction and had already reposted the position the night before. I was hurt very deeply because I have always been told to advocate for myself... to say I am now gun shy regarding salary negotiations is an understatement.. probably not what you wanted to hear, but it is true. Happened to me 3 weeks ago. The job market today is not what it was just a few years ago. I wish you all the luck in the world...
My wife has amazing health insurance, so I asked that my compensation be increased by the cost of the premium they would be paying for me. They said "we don't do that".
