I think the author is someone like for example 10 yrs of java backend experience earning 20 Lpa, so yes company will never fire folks like you even on bench and hence your experience would be be different

I also worked at the synechron for 3 years. I don't see many opportunities on internal projects.
As soon as u move to the bench simply they will ask u to leave that is the fact.
Atleast don’t post lies , help others by saying truth , so that others will be caution while joining .

But in induction they mentioned before 45 days common pool they put in 30 days client pool if released from project so it's 30+45 right?
It is based on client feedback they may put u in client pool ,but during joining you may have ample time to get in project once your in client pool but just incase you get released from the project and based on their feedback there may be a possibility otherwise common pool only
Oh ok but for us they told in induction for every project they will tell 30 days ahead and place in client pool before common pool so had doubt
