AI is your friend for free drafting.. of course will need to be revised but it’s a great starting point.
What do you feel like you don’t know what you’re doing? I was doing a lot of successor funds so it was a lot of duping lol but it wasn’t too difficult

At my firm, 5th years are still considered midlevels (albeit on the senior end of midlevel, and with the caveat that the line between “midlevel” and “senior” really blurs for strong performers) and are trusted to run most of the process (with partner supervision obviously) on smaller funds, which tend to be staffed much more leanly, but giant funds almost always have multiple layers of seniors above midlevels.
As for what precisely a 4th year should be doing, nobody on here can tell you that as it’s a firm and practice group specific thing that you should be figuring out by talking with your mentors, supervising attorneys and peers. My firm has an associate development handbook that lists the general expectations by practice year. As a first step, you may consider seeing if your firm has something similar.
