Do you need a healthcare-related graduate degree to progress your career in healthcare consulting? I majored in business/finance in undergrad and have 1 YOE at a healthcare boutique but am worried that I won’t be able to lateral without more schooling. Would I have a shot of lateraling to a big 4 healthcare group or a large Tier 2 consulting firm in the next few years without getting an MHA or some other graduate degree?

Hi: I’m a licensed producer and an account manager for the owner in a small firm with all men, and my boss keeps turning the tables on me; changing goal posts, dangling carrots in my face, all while the men in the office reap ALL the benefits of being in house brokers and making all kinds of business deals on the boss’s dime and barely work! I work more than the 5 of them combined & I get breadcrumbs!! Barely any career development support at all while the boys club goes to lunch daily together

I am a recently naturalized US citizen. I had Global Entry based on my green card and I read that I need to get an appointment to to get my file updated in the GOES/TTP system at an enrollment center. Problem is, I don’t see a way to set up this kind of appointment? Anyone have any experience with this? I saw threads online Pre-COVID where people just walked in but the office closest to me strictly says no to walk-ins.
I’m trying to break into the communication world, but everything I see requires 3-5 years experience. Is there such a thing as an entry level position any more?
Would you go to Disney World right now? Would you go if it involved a flight? Would you go if it only involved driving? Are you at any more risk at Disney itself (ie not FL. Just specifically while in the park) than you are at a lot of other popular outdoor spots. Is it really more of a risk/unnecessary than going say to mini golf? Or the mall? Or eating indoors?

Has anyone had any experience interviewing with Meta for any Administrative Partner roles? I have a interview Tuesday from 1pm to 3:15pm with 4 leaders. Each leader gets 30 mins. I am nervous. I am very confident of what I am bringing to the table. It’s a remote position and I know the job market for EA is flooding. Does anyone have any pointers? What’s the work life balance like? How did your interview go? What are some red flags to look for? How long was your process?
