Not me.
I'm gonna burn the candle on both ends. Hell, by spring break, I'll probably break the candle in half so I can burn it at 4 ends.
I'll recover in June and July, as usual.

I’ve been pretty good with leaving on time the last few years of work; unless there is a crisis. Crisis typically get called out and happened at the end of the day. It’s always a bummer when this happens but it’s not unusual at all. I’ve had my share of evenings when I stayed until 6:00/7:00-7:30pm just calling all the appropriate ppl, waiting for parents to get off work, and/or calling hospital after hospital looking for evaluation and placement.
Agree from Florida teachers!!!!
Working those contract hours and then leaving. 🙌
You are absolutely right. It does nobody any good for us to be perpetually exhausted and feeling like we are running on fumes.
Absolutely correct. Sure, sometimes you gotta put in a little extra time at school but do your damndest to get on your way home when it’s quitting time each day. Keep your “overtime” to a minimum because I’m sure you have other more pressing and important duties after your school day’s over.
