As a UX Designer, with 1 year of internship experience, having done masters in product design from a tier 1 college (also having done teaching assistantship for 1.5 years), what is the salary I should expect when applying for roles across India? What ahould be my range? I don't want to over sell or undersell my self. A lot of smaller companies tell me I expect too much (8-9lpa) for my experience.

Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? A company along those lines.
