As I have given interview in wipro for incident response L2 position round 1 and round 2 on 1 April 2026 and I got positive feedback from the both rounds and as I discussed last week she told me she was taking approval from higher management however almost it's months still they didn't realise offer letter till 28 April 2026. Please help me in this wether I have wait it or go ahead.

I have been at my company for 3.5 years. One year ago (2.5 years into my employment with them) they re-leveled everyone and I was bumped to an entry level position on the terms that they changed my job title when they re-leveled, so “technically” I am at the early stages of my new title. Even though the job duties did not really change.
I’m not sure the best way to approach this. Has anyone else had a similar experience or know how I should advocate for myself?
