Hi everyone, can someone provide insight on the ADC Engineer 1 role with AI2? I’m looking to see what the day to day tasks are like and if this is a good opportunity for growth and development.

Only senior on a demanding client, managing multiple staff and managers. I really like my team and the work but I’m starting to lose motivation and burn out after the long time being the only one in my position here... and I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but feels like I don’t get fairly paid for the amount of time and effort I put in... any advice to get out of this negative mindset?

Currently going through some negations on an internal role. I’m currently at 88k and they offered me 100k for a position that requires a lot more work. Do you guys think it’s easier to land a higher salary when applying externally rather than internally? Also this is for a territory sales management role. They stated 120k+ is extremely high for that role. What do you guys think? Playing the game?

My goal is a good work life Balance, traveling at least 1 time a Month international and a salary of about 85k.

Does anyone else struggle with being a freelancer while also being a natural leader? I am not getting any response on my posts..I'm feeling depressed due to my bad luck. I have only 1 month noticeperiod left & had only 1 offer in hand with 40CTC. Right now my current salary is too low which is 27LPA with 14 yrs of exp and working as Data scientist. I am getting very few interview calls. Not able to decide whether to join that 40CTC or need to withdraw my resignation. The problem with current offer is job in another location with 3mnts wfh option.
