If you don't know your KPIs/metrics, then you don't know why you're launching the product
In my experience, any KPIs you track must align with two things: 1) the company's business plan, and 2) the product strategy. You must draw a direct link from the KPIs, which your executive team should tear into when they feel they don't align. Otherwise, you are measuring something no one in the C-Suite cares about. A successful product manager can show to the executives that he or she knows what the executive cares deeply about. No one outside your company can tell you which KPI to prioritize. Only the above two documents can guide you to an answer.
