At current market scenario which one is better to join COFORGE or Accenture. Accenture offer me Application Lead post but less CTC on the other hand Coforge offered me Technical Analyst post with better CTC?

If I even “like” a post then I worry that my peers and managers see what I like and suddenly I need inclusivity training. What a load of shit!
