I’m looking into getting my MLIS/MLS. Does anyone have any recommendations for online programs geared towards law libraries? I’ve been digging around on the ALA website and looking at school websites but 1) there’s a lot of info to digest and 2) I’m not seeing much on law libraries even in the programs supposedly geared towards that. Any insight? Thanks!

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Is this FOMO or is there real opportunity here?

I have a two part question: 1) is it worth it to obtain an SHRM specialty credential if I don’t have the broader SHRM certification? 2) has anyone gotten the People Analytics or Talent Acquistion credential? In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities

Anyone using Edward Jones? Feel like we did a mistake and rolled over all my husbands retirement accounts from different employers and our kids 529 under them Jan 2020. Since then market is down and accounts lost20%. But the fees every month is pretty high around $200.
