BA role opportunity in Houston. I’m at a boutique consultancy and am helping recruit for a business analyst role supporting a digital transformation project. Ideal candidate has 2-4 years consulting experience, understands agile software development and is a go-getter. The work is an interesting mix of field user research, requirements development, product backlog grooming and change management. Please DM me to learn more. You’ll be eligible for a referral bonus upon successful placement.

Hi, I had my Accenture HR round last Wednesday and everything was discussed, from salary structure to usual HR interview questions. I am yet to receive any communication for further processing including my BGV and rest of the process. I called the HR yesterday and said I will receive further communication. Can someone please tell me if there is a chance that they will send me offer letter or any further processing and if this is normal for Accenture to take time after having HR round?

I won’t be upset if he does because that’s on him, but I feel so insecure about how ridiculously poorly I’m doing in life:(. Just wanted to let it out

I accepted since I think it's a good networking opportunity but what are some good questions to ask? I'm looking to learn as much about their firm and possibly consider them if they exceed my expectations. Currently S2 at a middle market firm.

Received an offer from a smaller consulting firm helping build out a new practice with the same work I am doing now. It is a $20k pay raise however I do really enjoy who I work with and really have no reason to leave besides money. I’m afraid to switch and not like it and be miserable but it is an offer that’s very hard to say no too and everyone I interviewed with was great and came from other big 4’s. I’m still very early on in my career.. two years out of college. Any thoughts and opinions?
