Bain folks — can someone explain what Celerity actually is?

I’m speaking with Bain about a Pricing role in the Celerity organization and would love to understand how it differs from the traditional Bain consulting track. Is it an expert/practice role, a commercial transformation team, or something else?

Any insight on the work, culture, and career path would be appreciated.

Permanent WFH is mentioned, however in the offer letter there is nothing mentioned for
it, and HR said a specific document will not be provided for Permanent WFH. Any
suggestions what should I do ?

I have been offered a position on Senior Consultant/ Deputy Manager at Deloitte India for 4.5 years of exp.

Is this position/role normal for years of experience I hold?

My area has a shortage of vet techs, yet all three clinics I’ve interviewed with are only offering minimum wage. I’d rather not commute to the next city if I don’t need to. Should I try to sell the ROI of hiring me at a liveable wage?

YOE : 7.8 i have an offer from IBM and HCL.
IBM : 18 fixed + 1 JB HCL : 21 ( 18 fixed + 1lakh approx (monthly variable) + 2 lakh Annual variable ) . Now i have a discussion pending with Robert Bosch , What should i quote ! Which will be better for job security and work life and overall career growth .

What is PwC India for you?
It's a Big4 but will lowball you during offer negotiation.
It will ask you to work on multiple projects but will hardly appreciate or value your work.
They will ask you to come to the office on Sunday for business critical work and won't give any cab or food facilities.
You will be involved in multiple extra work, which you normally don't do in other service based companies. But there is no benefits/perks for that, you just end up doing extra work!!
