Guys I am getting 18lpa+2 Jb ....but I am thinking of taking fidelity offer for 23.5 and grade 5.

I am choosing fidelity because IBM is having bond of 2 yrs for 2 lakh joining bonus...and hike is very less in IBM.

I have until tomorrow to accept the offer but would like to work for the other company if the compensation package is better. Any advice? I have completed "My Purpose" learning badge and to convert it to bronze I have submitted attested evidence as required but without screenshot of deliverables as I implemented learning into my life. It got rejected from BAT team for missing screenshots.
Next, I have submitted with some screenshots. It again got rejected saying inappropriate screenshots.
