I’m not at Bain but what I see is difficult to negotiate base in strat - unless you get extra tenure credit which you may not want because it will add a lot of pressure. That said, they may have wiggle on signing Id push on that lever instead of base.

If you're a C1, you'll make C1 salary and bonus. You might be able to come in as a C2, though that means less time to ramp up before the promo window. If there's any flexibility, it will be in sign-on bonus and/or relocation
Within MBB as a lateral you can negotiate role or tenure but not salary or bonus. For any given geography, the salary is fixed to role and tenure: every first year project manager makes the same salary, and has the same bonus eligibility “grid” (with bonus tied to performance). But for laterals there is absolutely room to negotiate role / tenure (for MBA there is none)

We definitely don't negotiate MBA offers; I don't get much that we should negotiate yours. If you're good enough you'll get a better bonus!
