Depends on geography. Most areas base is between around 65-90k. Bonus is where the real money can be made. Min target for bonus is $7500/Q. Perform and you can easily make significantly more 25k+/ quarter. CA has a different pay structure. Line of business is in growth mode. Lots of changes happening currently but adding lots of SBBs. Job can be stressful. Goals are not a piece of cake. You will work hard to achieve them. Buy box for credit is tighter than some other banks. Great company to work for, takes care of associates, great benefits. Expectations are high but rewards are also. That’s the good and the bad. I’ve worked for the firm for over 20 years and love it here.

Former Small Business Banker at BOA. Sorry if I could not give you an exact amount as it happened years ago. I was probably getting paid between $75k - $110k. Bank Of America actually gives one of the best benefits to its employees. Competitive pay, great work culture, supportive environment. Overall, it's an amazing company. Enjoyed my time there.
Your location is one of the factors. The max you can probably get is $150k. Do you have an interview with them?

From what I'm seeing it's about 110k but that might be for higher saturated areas. Smaller cities like Charlotte or Louisville you may get a little on the lower side of that range.
