Bar study help: I am taking the FL bar exam as a 2nd bar. Because I am working, I am now cramming the FL portion into this last week. If I take the subject outlines posted by the Bar Examiners and fill in the information, will I have enough info to pass? I am so stressed out trying to figure put how to condense and still know enough.

I am literally laughing out loud in my office... there is no way I am going to pass this test. I have officially gone crazy.

So the multiple choice subjects. Florida procedure is always on there. The two other subjects rotate between 3 other subjects. Each subject will be on the exam for two sittings consecutively and then not on for one. So if you look at orior exams and the subjects were AB and the test before was BC. This upcoming exam would be AC

Make sure to IRAC very well. That's the proper format and guides you as your write

On a serious note: focus on bigger picture ROL, and the Fl distinctions ROL will give you those bonus points. So long as you’re able to point to the relevant law and analogize the facts to the ROL, you’ll likely score enough points. You can screw up one essay and still pass the essay portion. Good luck!

Don’t lose points on the Memo formatting. And if you must, one sentence conclusions.

Delinquency isn’t tested anymore. I crammed Article 3 and 9 hours before the exam. Caveat; I’m use to pulling all-nighters and can function under these circumstances. Also, I read through the material before cramming (so maybe like a month/week before) so the key terms were stored somewhere in my memory, and I just had to store in short term memory.

Just copy the model answers you’ll be fine

I pretty much only studied the federal stuff and prayed we didn’t get a delinquency question. Our essays were all federal con law and for the FL multiple choice there aren’t that many differences to make you fail if you just pick the federal answer.

If we had gotten a dependency/delinquency essay I definitely would have failed so take it with a grain of salt.

Look at the sample answers. It’ll make you feel better.

Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.
I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.
If anyone has made a similar transition, it would be great if you could help me understand how do I go about this.
