Just got an offer for a Sr. AWS DevOps role at 145K, I will be working remotely 100% with maybe 5% travel, if any. No bonus with this company. I have over 8 years of DevOps and AWS, all AWS certs . Should I be asking for more $? Thoughts on the offer and how much more $ I should be asking for ? Current location is kinda irrelevant since I will be working remotely.

When I was headhunted for the job, ESG was a relatively new concept and too few companies hire for related positions. I didn't find any salary range from Glassdoor or anywhere so I had no idea. My fault was I did not ask the HR and just gave my asking salary. When I saw a similar post from my company (I was already hired that time), they were already including the pay range and I realized mine was way below. I'm already 2.8 yrs in the role.

Got industry offer for Director level role in strategy / Corp dev M&A at a late stage pre-IPO unicorn (Series D+) at a MCOL city. 200 base, 20% bonus, additional 40k/yr options. So $280K range all in starting. I’m currently making $250K in VC here in Bay Area. Job is in a MCOL T2 city (Boston/Dallas/Austin/Chicago) so I won’t be living in expensive Bay Area. My wife being offered base of 140k, 15% annual bonus and RSUs at Amgen for Senior manger position… are they low balling for DFW location, if yes then by how much ?

In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal?
