I’ve been on the traditional & digital side (minus search) & almost every posting asks for it. been begging my agency to train me on bc I knew it would come up in my eventual search & am now feeling trapped. I’ve been trying to find remote jobs to avoid relocation (in a mid size market) but I don’t know what to do at this point. Any suggestions
