Been doing Oracle BI for 7 years. It’s a bad tool & feel guilty implementing it. I’m willing to switch firms to get away from it, but it seems I can only get interviews to do Oracle. How can I switch?

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? I know that title is not a big thing but why I feel like my title is downgraded here… Good thing is my jobs here at my current team are what I really wanted to do. This is amazing. Can anyone from McKinsey or with previous experience at Mckinsey give any explanation as to why there are so many scandals compared to BCG? My friend has offers at both firms and is concerned about culture with taking McKinsey, in large part due to consistent scandals. We're not really sure as to the reasons why it's so consistent with McKinsey.
