Hi Everybody,
I'm currently working as an outsource in Rapid Metro as Technical Assistant/Civil. I earned a Master degree in Water Resource Engineer after B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Due to Covid 19 I took job back in Civil sector even though I have a masters degree in WRE. It's been almost 6 months of constant applying and rejection and still I'm nowhere close to a job in my dream branch which is the Water sector.Im hopeful that through this portal I may find an entry level position in water
Hi Infosys guys, I have cleared one technical interview and got email for further round which is planned for tomorrow. Email mentions that this is a telephonic interview, is this supposed to be an HR round discussing salary or another tech round.
SAP SD - 2 YOE Current CTC is 4.8LPA.
how much should I ask at infy? Position offered is associate consultant. Thanks in advance.

I assume the worst after every situation. That is how I keep my confidence even though it seems counterintuitive. I’ve been given false hope one too many times, and I just ignore it now. I keep moving forward, and if I get a call back, then great. If not, I’m already looking to the next.
It’s completely valid to feel frustrated — ghosting happens even after strong interviews.
One thing I’ve noticed as a resume & career writer is that when candidates get this close but don’t get the final call, it often comes down to positioning.

It's tough to stay confident these days, it really is. This job market is just an endless cascade of insults. I just hang in and do what I can to stay persistent, and that usually entails giving myself pep talks whenever I feel defeated. I think of the classic Beckett quote, "I can't go on, I'll go on." That's the energy I try to hang onto.
I wouldn’t lose hope sometimes people get busy, especially with the holidays and year end deadlines. Maybe the team has been swamped
