Hi I have 1 year experience in SAP Fico in capgemini and have ctc of 4.25 lakhs. I cleared two technical rounda where deep domain related questions were asked and it seems interview went very well and told I be getting Hr call for further process. What is the hierarchy in Acc?
Which role will they provide me wrt YOE?
What will the level for which I can negotiate?
What can be the compensation range between which I can negotiate?
How is the culture of S&O?
How is the company? WLB, onsite opportunity?

I would just be upfront about it. Going somewhere else because they’re paying you more is absolutely a viable reason to leave. Plus, they might counter and offer to raise your salary, so you could potentially get your pay day and not have to go through the pain of onboarding elsewhere. Expect them to throw around buzzwords like “culture” and “experience,” but any reasonable person would understand someone wanting to be fairly compensated. And if they’re jerks about it, well you probably didn’t want to keep working for them anyways.
Just be honest. If it’s money - than just state that. See if they counter
