I would like to know what options should be available or present in organizations for employees with medical problems like diabetes, heart disease etc.

Looking for recommendations for a VSO/service to help me improve my disability rating. I’m about ten years out and realizing that what I was rated getting out (90%) was probably low and has worsened.

Took my first ever sick day today on account of my very poor and worsening mental health. Just could not bring myself to put in another 14 hour day with back to back meetings and constant activity. Felt very guilty but I honestly wish I could be more honest and actually share with my manager about why I took a day off.

For those also going through this, any tips on how you manage yourself day to day? What self talk tends to help?

Weekly Hot take. Accessibility=/= easy mode. I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps. I am not a person with disabilities but i believe Celeste did a pretty good job at adding some of these features. Its just 3 months, I joined a company and I am already stressed. I was told that I need to come to office twice a week ( which is 2 hrs away from my home) but now since 3 months I am asked to come thrice a week.
