Offer seems better than the national average for similar roles but I feel I would be underpaid based on the current market, my skills and value I will be bringing to the table. Any suggestions for offer negotiations?

I’ve slowly started drinking less and less. And the less I’m drinking the more I realize just how much of my time revolved around alcohol. From going to get it, to drinking it to fighting hangovers. My main character has gear 1350-1400 but my light level is listing at 1216 and every activity I do the enemies are “!!” level so I get destroyed. Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min. Specifically said yellow. Hotel calls me a private lux SUV and the driver got out of the car to handshake the man who called and said hi (honestly money couldve been passed). I then get hit with a $180 ride. Marriott website says taxi should be $65. Should I complain or let it go?
