5. Look at current job postings and the low pay being offered. Usually snaps me out of my misery pretty fast.

Oh my! Way to go with the reality check 😂🤭
It's usually number 4 for me as well. Sometimes I just need to turn the filter off and let loose. I'll even journal about it if I don't have anyone to call at that moment, I just need to get my frustrations out there somehow. I usually hit the gym after work so that also helps relieve the stress of the day
I am wired differently than most. Coffee calms me down. It doesn't matter if it's hot or iced.
I found another quirky coping trick. I take a post-it or any scrap piece of paper any write the first letter of every word I wish I could just blurt or shout out in frustration. If someone saw the scribbles they would have no clue.
Example...I will do this for the sentence above: isststwhnc. It allows me to release any steam and frustration so I don't have to bottle it up or burden someone else. Probably just another way my brain is wired odd.

I really am loving these coping strategies! Pretty ingenious!

No 4 is usually so therapeutic especially if it's someone you can let loose with and just air all the frustrations without filtering for political correctness

That's one way to channel all that energy effectively 👌
I walk away from my desk and re-group....on a particularly stressful day I go for a walk outside, length of the walk is determined by my stress level.

Get those steps in! Another amazing way to redirect the stress! I'm loving these productive options😁👏🏼👏🏼
I try not to snap but TBH occasionally I do. Most often try and get out for a minute and go for a walk to decompress. Have been known to decompress with a glass of wine from time to time.

As we all have at some point in time 🤭
4 for sure or 2 but with a yummy snack/treat as a reward for putting up with people instead of a bottle

Either way, a treat was earned 😂
