I’ve done some soul searching of late and established I’d love to be offered a FTE role in my current company. I think this is partly due to never having had a full time job which I’ve enjoyed and which have valued my contributions. I think this is due to wanting to feel accepted. I know acceptance needs to start with me etc but I think redundancy and workplace gaslighting has meant I’ve never achieved growth and status in one company where I can truly grow. I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company.
