This is against Arizona state law (and many other state laws). Several recruiters have also told me it's illegal when I mentioned it in interviews. Insight is shady ass company who constantly screws people over.

My company blames my generation for not being able to hire everyday. “You guys don’t want to work” coming from some overweight, racist, old coaster. I’ve barely taken any days off this year and pick up “skeleton crew” days any chance I get. I was able to work out a deal with my company before I came because of prior experience luckily, but they offer a terrible base salary and sham of a commission structure to new hires + no remote.
