Joining : 25- Feb-22
PEOPLE TECH :
19 LPA , 18.50 Fixed ,50k variable pay + 1L joining bonus,
Role : senior software developer
Joining :1-Mar-22.
Location : on-site , process will be start once join here , they will send me around Aug-22
Please suggest me, which one i need to be choose for career wise and WLB wise.

My friend is trying to get into her 1st full-time job. Previously she worked as a UI UX designer for multiple clients (freelance). But she couldn't manage to get an interview call. PIP is common in IBM. Seems your account has a major loss report for sure, so higher management planned some retrenchment & you already resigned so you are the easy choice for them to protect other existing associates. Why are you worrying when you have already resigned? Rather, negotiate early release & join your new organisation as quick as possible
