want to interview at MBB again. Last year i had started the process but had to stop the process due to severe family emergency. What followed was depression and im doing fairly better now. I am Leaving Big 4 to join a tech focused Bank. But i feel like I should reach out to recruiter and start the process again. Just not sure if it’s the right move since im joining a new company. Feel it’ll look bad trying to join MBB after starting at a new bank. What to do?

Curious the pay difference between SAP and partner consulting firms. What can a S4 HANA cloud or OnPrem consultant expect to get paid at a place like EY or another big 4 firm with 3-5 years of experience in PMO/Functional Consulting roles with an MBA?

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? I know that title is not a big thing but why I feel like my title is downgraded here… Good thing is my jobs here at my current team are what I really wanted to do. This is amazing. Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I like the location of Deloitte/EY more but the Accenture job seems more fun (actual consulting vs more IT audit). But, Accenture is not in the city I want.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?
