Encora - 42 fix - tech stack is clear - mix of new/ old technologies.

Hi all, I interned at IBM Cloud this past summer and had an overall very positive experience. I’ve received an offer from IBM consulting to come in as an Associate Offering Manager. The offer is 77k base + 10k signing bonus. From my point of view, this is a strong offer, but not quite what I was aiming for. I’m in my final year of school and will have a B.S. in Information Systems & Business Analytics. Is this a good offer? Or should I look elsewhere?

They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. It was because of my strong technical skills+connections(I already know 80% of the group)+activeness. My mom said that's exactly what she values in the professional setting. Can I answer the question in this way during interviews? I feel like it's not the common approach since this answer does not involve any specific actions, but could potentially stand out.

I’m a Junior at Colgate University and have been heavily searching for a summer 2022 internship since October of 2021. I have had countless networking calls with various alumni in different professions and have learned plenty of great information, but have not gotten lucky enough to find an internship.
