Almost always 25% Federal. Read IRS Publication 15's section on supplemental wages if you want to know the exceptions. States have their own rules.
Yeah, I read that D's are taxed at a flat 20%, but someone told me that that wasn't true. Hmm
Bonuses are taxed at the bracket that would be your bonus X # of paycheck in a year (24 or 26). If you don't have any tax outstanding tax liability at the end of the year, then you would get the difference between the rate your bonus was taxed at and your YE effective rate as a refund
D3 - The first part isn't correct. There's a special withholding procedure for irregular pay.
It's always 25%
Depends if it's paid out in same check/pay period as normal payroll or if separate as a 1 time payment (25%)
