BOTP, Release from project and upcoming offer letter.
All three things are happening to me at once, I am being released from the project effective immediately, I am also on BOTP plan but my manager said he will give good feedback (not sure if the HR will ask me to resign) and I have cleared technical and HR round in another company and should receive the offer letter within 2 weeks.
So what should I do after being released from the project, should I apply for another project or sit at bench?

Hi all! I work at a nonprofit and am looking to leave the organization.
