How long it takes for JPMorgan to release an Offer letter? (After two weeks of interview my application status on website says " your application is in final stages")

Two questions that's been bothering me -

Did I settle for less as I can see people taking even bigger jumps with less experience?

My joining date was 15 September, so am I eligible for upcoming appraisal as the annual review is due by October 14 and I have just joined a project?
