Brand loyalty is dying. Consumers don’t care about your ‘story’--They care about speed, price, and what’s trending. Marketers preach ‘community’ while fighting for scraps of attention. So, are we building relationships or just chasing the algorithm?

I think what you traditionally define as brand loyalty is different. Speed and price is the story for a lot of brands (Amazon). I teach a college marketing course. Many of my students are interested in what a brand stands for (eco friendly) over its competitive advantages.

They are just so mindful of how much we’ve polluted the planet, they look for it on packaging and labeling. Their friends and influencers bring it to their attention, so social plays a role.

I agree, look at what is happening to Starbucks. They are struggling and lack a strong brand because they have invested too much into their app and gimmicky coffees.

Hi folks.

I wanted to know if HashedIn provides permanent WFH. Atleast for senior employees.

During my HR discussion, HR told me that senior employees like you (SE III) don't have to come to office.

I want to know if it's true or not.

Also please let me know what is the notice period in HashedIn.

I’m job searching right now and applied for a job I was a little overqualified for just to shoot my shot and get my foot in the door with a great brand. The hiring mgr took the time to email me to tell me I was overqualified and offered to help me get connected to his network. He’s been so kind and helpful and I’m kind of in shock at his generosity. Even if an offer doesn’t come from it, is it weird if I send him a Starbucks gift card or something as a thank you? What’s appropriate?

I'll share my experience and urge you to share yours:

Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

What's your experience? Let's all learn.
