I am looking to move into a position more back office or even customer experience with less constant phone calls. I have over 10 years customer service experience. I also have history in the banking industry. I am about to start a bootcamp to become a Data Analyst but looking for a new role ASAP. Please let me know if you can help.

The station I work at is down at least 15 positions. Some jobs have been open for two years.

The remaining staff is required to step up.

Additional positions are opening up as contracts are either broken or expire.

How are people able to keep their mental health up when their station isn’t hiring people they need and refuse to pay living wages to potential prospects or promote those remaining?
