Bunch of Un-ethical working people. I was a employee on Procyon Technostructure

They want the employees work for 16-20 hrs a day.
No coordination between employees and management.
Worst work environment ever seen.
They want you to buy notice period even you are ready to serve the notice period.
They will take you as granted and call you at your personal times even you are in leave.
Holding the employee salary and threatening him to buy his notice period. I have faced the issue.
