Burnt out of my last role (IP / commercial licensing at one of the classic Silicon Valley firms) and starting a new role soon as a mid-level at a similar firm. Since I started my career I've had two kids and realized I have ADHD and am likely a bit on the spectrum. I'm also 20 weeks pregnant (nobody knows yet, I found out while I was already doing lateral interviews). Anyone in a similar boat able to share their tips/tricks/coping mechanisms? I feel like if I burn out here I'm done in BigLaw.

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. Don’t want to drive 700 miles per week M-F. What will dual model be like going forward? 1-2 times week, 4-5 month? Seems like tax was more flexible than audit pre-Covid

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.
