I have job offer from Cognizant for associate-projects role and also from Capgemini for Consultant/B2 role. Both are based in Bangalore. I am confused on which to prefer. Cognizant is offering just 48k in fixed and 45k in variable more than Capgemini.
Can anyone suggest?

I’ve been thinking about this for awhile now, but it is very to commit to actually accept a new job offer since I really do love my job. My only complaint is, the pay vs workload is very small. I’m a manager now and my property offered me a director position… but the salary is still low! To make six figures, it’ll take another 5-6 years to grind it out.

Should I move on and go to a different industry? Opinions are welcome! Thanks in advance.

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

I have a subjective question where I see there is no right or wrong answer to it. pour your thoughts here.

Is it fine if someone does not mention about a particular project that did not add value to their profile (say currently that person working as a dev but got a support role in the past so they had to hide) or a time period where they had been on bench but did not mention that in their resume?
