I just got an offer from EY in London but considering based on what the maternity policy is which doesn’t seem to be spelt out in contract or benefits pdf. Does anyone know a) if there’s a minimum employment period to qualify and b) what the enhanced maternity pay is. I’ve read both 16 weeks and 18 weeks.

Is C1 a company? lol
Anyways go with GDIT. It’s a much better firm with better people. Capital One has some rude people in my experience.
Isn't GDIT a federal contractor? I'd think about whether being in federal longer-term is what you want to do with your career (so think about your next exit opportunity after this one)
Are you taking a big pay cut going to C1?
C1 has stack ranking but federal isn't exactly stable these days either. I think if you are earlier in your career and don't have a family depending on you, taking risks to grow your career is the right play. And I know several current C1 who have been there for years - if you are a high performer in your current organization, you will do well there too.
If not C1, then at least a different company in private sector, so keep interviewing. Follow what you want to do in your gut, or you will be dissatisfied again soon enough
