C1 for 115-120k or GDIT for 145k? Both are for principle level and same type of work. C1 offers 20 days pto and 14 holidays and GDIT offers 15 days pto and 10 holidays. I don’t participate in stocks and 401k is similar for both. Both are 3 days in office.

I’ve worked at places that all have different holiday policies. EA has at minimum a nice 10 day shutdown from Christmas Eve through New Years. It’s great to know that there will be no slack messages or an exploded inbox to come back to while away. I’ve been at other studios that only give you Christmas Eve & Day and New Years Eve & Day and then the rest is up to you to request for PTO and this is obviously the suck.
