Can anyone explain the QPLC calculation for C1 and above. As per policy it's depends on unit QPLC percentage. But how to know that percentage?

Currently working in-house for a large bio pharma - like the company and most of the people, but the work is really getting monotonous and I just leaned through the grapevine that I am making significantly less money ($15k to $30k) than others in the same level/grade as me.
