I have cleared all the rounds, even the HR discussion is done 2 weeks ago, but why are they delaying the offer letter release,

I have already mailed them multiple times about the offer letter release, but no reply.

Just registered for WAATBP end of this month and am looking forward to it!

Anyone know if all the layoffs have been completed/announced yet? Honestly, I love my job and there's nowhere else I'd rather work. Want to know if I can exhale yet.

Adding this because I find this type of information helpful. Went through the interview process with Meta. They moved quick. Recruiter, hiring manager, and full loop all in a two week period. (I know this was fast because I’ve interviewed with Meta before and it was more like a month between hiring manager and full loop). I was told I would hear in 2 weeks or so on a decision.
