The company I work for does not offer maternity leave, but instead you have to either take short term disability or FMLA. We are trying for our second baby, but I’m scared about what that will mean for my job. I am one of 3 women in my department but am the only one under the age of 50. Everyone works crazy long hours and comes in before 8 and leaves after 5. I do not do that because I want to spend it with my family. Sorry to rant, but sometimes I just feel I have no support at work.

I have already used the Hybrid productivity allowance for FY22, now it is renewed again. Can I reimburse again or is it only for new Joined ppl?

I received an offer from Delloite India ( not USI )
1) What are the differences in benifits between USI and India.
2) I was told by HR that I will get an Hike in between 0-20 percent, variable pay which is not mentioned in the letter? Will I receive that if yes when? Please suggest.
3) I dint have anything related to working hours and days of work is It like I may have to extend number of working days a week?
