Perfectionism often stems from fear of failure and rejection. If this applies, start with loving and accepting yourself. Do not solely derive your worth, esteem and identity from within and not have them dependent on others’ fickle opinions or worse - what you think others think of you.
Meditation. Spiritual connectedness. Doing kind and esteemable acts for others. Finding the joy in your own life and pursuing what makes you happy.
