Work from home
I’ve been fortunate to have good medical plans. Generally healthy but between childbirth with an emergency C-section/complications and preventative meds now that are $1000 + per month but paid 100%, I would say that’s been very impactful. Work from home is also up there - 100% remote.
My company paid for me to go on educational leave to get my masters. What an amazing benefit. I could never have done it without this benefit. I will be forever grateful. My degree has already helped me to earn a promotion. So happy !

The most significant benefit I’ve ever had was being able to “cash in” sick time to use toward gym memberships or equipment with no cap. The impact it had for me was being able to go to the expensive “boutique” gym basically for free and also getting a nice bike and kayak for “free”
Paternal leave. It’s amazing having that time at home to help the wife and bond with the new child.
All these comments are laughable…parental leave is a benefit? All of these benefits are standard in Europe.
Then laugh and be in Europe.
