Is it difficult to get from 6month probation period to confirmation in Accenture ? Are you allowed to take leave during Probation period?

Found out I got promoted to an S1 role.. with a 5% raise in a regional firm’s TAS/Valuation practice. Is it even worth negotiating a higher raise or should I just look elsewhere?

Why are sizable salary bumps offered for switching firms, even for the same role? What’s the methodical rationale for this practice? Is the initial increase somewhat sustained or quickly normalized?

Have an offer from AWS for an L7 Principal PMT role: $215k base + $275k sign on bonus for Year 1 and $215k for year 2 + 5100 RSUs (@ $130 / share). Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.
