Can anyone tell me what it means when a job I applied for on Glassdoor says “Application Closed”?

I haven’t heard anything from the companies, and there isn’t any contact information listed so I can follow up. I’m not sure if I’m still being considered or if I’ve been rejected.

Has anyone else experienced this? What did it mean in your case?
