Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

Hi Fishes, I am considering a Senior Engineer role with Alteryx (previously Hyper Anna) Sydney. If it's not too much trouble, I was hoping if anyone here could share their experience of working at Alteryx Sydney in terms of Culture, work life balance, politics, work pressure, people, Leadership and product. Thanks.

It could mean that the company pulled the posting because they are no longer hiring for that role, that they have sufficient candidates and are no longer accepting applications, or that someone has been hired. Also, when a company is interested they don't usually delay in setting up interviews, and don't usually make the candidate wait for outreach.
My experience has been that even the company's direct career portal is a very inconsistent place to get information, and some companies don't send out rejection. My application at Google stayed active until several weeks after the recruiter let me know I didn't get it. Out of the several hundred applications I've submitted over 7 months, only a handful have sent rejections, the rest have sent nothing at all. I've got two instances now where the job is still active on the career portal, yet I haven't heard anything from the recruiter, one of them from months ago.
In any case you should be applying to other opportunities until you have an offer in hand, and though we can't say for sure, this one is most likely not your next role.
Thanks I am still applying was just more curious what this meant
