Can someone explain to me why my Supervisor seems to acknowledge the emails and Slack messages my Supervisor sends, but ignores some of mine & doesn't always respond? And don't try to tell me she doesn't see them b/c Slack notifies EVERYONE whenever they receive a message. For example, I sent an email to her & my Director today stating "I would like to have your input so that I can begin composing the newsletter for next month" after she had just sent an email 5 mins b4 I sent her mine & (CONTD)
