In hand salary?? plz help

Hi Fishes,
I recently got an offer for Cyber security advisory at PwC India . They gave a 20% hike on the current amount. Thing is that l, the technical interview told me that it is not a software/coding type of position and asked me multiple times if I was interested to do that. Is that a red flag?
Hi Sharks, I am asked to sign the offer letter. It's kind of an agreement between me and the company for accepting the offer and compensation numbers. Of course It doesn't have statments like I have to join the company on signing this. My question is that 1. If I get a better offer can I go and ask them to revise the offer? 2. In mindtree Varible payout is twice a year, on half yeary basis. This is H2 payout. For eLTI employees is it yearly? If that's the case, I can't remember what is the unified model for LTIM.. yearly or half yearly ?
Going forward it will be on half yearly basis for all employees. Payout will be in May and Nov

In eMT, for pay band C5 and above, variable payout used to be Half yearly. April to Sep variable used to be given in Nov salary (this is H1) and Oct to Mar variable used to be given in May salary (this is H2).
Now this will continue in LTIM for all pay bands.

Why we are not getting mail for that? Grade is P4 and joined in 2021..never on bench and ratings are KC from last 2 years..is normalisation going on in ltimindtree although i am clueless..about hike and incentive or variable pay honestly
Can you please explain about p4 and designations ...so much confusion in p3 and p4
