Go to bed at 9-10 instead it's pretty simple tbh

Go to sleep earlier
So you’re getting 6-7 hours a sleep each night and need advice on how not to be tired? Hmmmm. I wonder what some ideas might be…..
Fair, but I’ve slept up to 9 hrs and I still feel tired when I wake up in the mornings.
Idk
Your body requires 8 hours: 'I go to sleep 11-12, up at 6, fall back asleep until 8.'
Just do the math. Go to bed at 10p. Learn about sleep hygiene (Google it).
Wow, real strategic mystery to solve here, it’s not like the answer is already the last line in the original post 🤦♂️
I’ve tried shifting the time I go to bed but it doesn’t really seem to help me wake up consistently at 6.
If you force yourself up at 6 you'll start to be tired enough to fall asleep by 10 and then you're set after a month or so.
The trick, according to the sleep psychologist I saw during Covid, is to force the wake up time, rather than the bed time.
The bed time will follow with consistent wake times.
Good luck!
It’s all about changing your routine. You need to figure out how many hours of sleep you need to function you and go to bed earlier.
Take a week off and travel to Europe. When you are back you will be waking up earlier than 6:00 am.

I was in the same situation before, and it’s hard to force your body to change right away. What I did is to change my sleep cycle by 30mins. I used to go to bed at 12 and wake up at 8. Then I changed to go to bed at 11.30 wake up at 7.30 for a week or two, then 11 and 7. Shift a little by little to make your body adjust easier. 😊
Don’t go back to sleep. Simple enough.
I set an alarm and force myself to get up. Usually about the same level of tiredness (after a shower) no matter if I fell asleep at 10pm or 1am.
Go to bed earlier and set a good nighttime routine. Wash your face, brush your teeth, and put your phone away, so you can go to sleep at 10 PM to still get 8 hours of sleep and be up at 6.
Option 2: force yourself for one week to get up at 6 no matter what. You will be tired that you will go to bed earlier by the end of the week.
