Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Team members or managers? These two are different in this situation. Managers think through your workstream with you, check your work, plan your work. A good manager would acknowledge everyone who worked on a piece of work but gets to discuss the work with stakeholders.

Stakeholder management is a manager’s job and that sometimes means discussing your work without you being present or you leading the discussion
Maybe I’m one of those people? If you’re talking about this as client facing selling, we all work for the same company. There is no such thing as “your” work. Deloitte owns that work product and as far as I’m concerned it’s “our” work. Same goes for other people. I “do work,” but that is Deloitte’s work and as far as external clients are concerned I don’t care if someone makes a pass at having done the work.
Now, if you’re trying to take credit for my work in front of a PMD / in an internal setting, then gloves are off.

Yeah that’s where I’m at. Worried my managers are patting themselves on the back so hard they might hurt themselves.
